She'll meet Tsurenko in the quarterfinals. France's Stephanie Foretz Gacon landed in the quarters by downing Italian qualifier Camila Giorgi 7-5, 6-4. Foretz Gacon will face Russian Vera Dushevina in the round of eight. Thursday's other quarterfinals will pit fourth-seeded Marina Erakovic of New Zealand against Dutchwoman Michaella Krajicek and American Varvara Lepchenko versus Brianti. The 2012 Memphis winner will collect $37,000.
